All products are custom-made to order based on customer specifications.
Once production has started, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted.

If you receive items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will review and resolve quality issues at our discretion.
